Enki Risk Management Company (hereinafter "ENKI") was established in Hong Kong in 2013. ENKI is an innovative platform to support committed financial planning services professionals who share the values enabling the provision of the highest standard of financial advice and service.
ENKI was known as Éa in Babylonian mythology. In Babylonian, the Combination of alphabet "É" and "A" means "Life". Therefore, ENKI Risk Management Company is actually a "Life" Risk Management Company --- which help managing the risks in human's Life via reducing the economic loss resulting form the premature death and unexpected disability. Apart from this, Risk Management is not sufficient from the viewpoint of orthodox financial planning, it is necessary to ensure the sound wealth management at the same time.
Advice from financial planning are not the matters of selling investment or insurance products. They are the critical decisions in the life of our valuable customers. Our advice and products recommended will affect the quality of life of customers as well as their family in the future. Therefore, we must finish our jobs and fulfill our goals seriously, which suit clients' best interests forever.

Enki Chan has a solid experience in strategizing and implementing a pioneer distribution model of financial planning services for Integrity Financial Advice Network Co. Ltd. (member of the AXA Group) and One Integrity Advisory Services Limited (member of CIB) from 2011 to 2013. Instead of just talk the talk, in June 2013 he decided to start his first entrepreneurial venture, Enki Risk Management Company, to provide bona fide trust-based financial planning services to individuals and small & medium enterprises in Hong Kong. Enki is confident that the company’s clients would benefit from the fact-based consulting approach and a wide range of solutions from different Life and General Insurance providers, which are affordable, cost-effective and within client’s acceptable exposure to risk.
Prior to this Enki had obtained the first degree in Social Science (First Class Honour) from a local statutory university and also graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with Distinction Scholarship for the master’s degree in applied economics. Once he finished his master’s degree, he was immediately hired as the part-time tutor of undergraduate economics courses (Hong Kong Economy, International finance) in OUHK since 2011. In OUHK, Enki gained a useful teaching experience from conducting daytime lectures, tutorial classes and marking assignments and exam. scripts. With the experiences of teaching in a university, Enki can provide clients with a comprehensive and unique understanding of different concepts of insurance products and enable clients to achieve different goals of Life Risk Management and Wealth Accumulation easily.
Recently, Enki was awarded the Executive Certificate in Marine Insurance in August 2018, the first-ever training programme in Asia as recognised by the International Union of Marine Insurance (IUMI). In August 2019, Enki was also awarded the Executive Certificate in Medical Insurance And Health Planning For Retirement in the Government’s Pilot Programme to Enhance Talent Training for the Insurance Sector.
In addition, as a tough, curious and well-trained person, Enki completed the Advanced Sign Language Course orgainzed by Silent Limited in 2019 and obtained the Diploma in Chinese Medicine from School of Chinese Medicine, Hong Kong Baptist University in 2016. In his spare time, he enjoys exerting the knowledge of Chinese Medicine, Qigong, Ayurveda, Stretching, Yoga and Pilates to explore the new rehabilitation exercise against different chronic diseases.
